Hot Rolled Coil
Production equipment: 1 set of hot rolling production line 1100mm with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons. The overall equipment level is ahead of similar rolling mills. It adopts the leading technology of low energy consumption and low emission, and integrates automatic width control (AWC) and automatic thickness control (AGC). Head and tail short stroke control (SSC), multi-function automatic detector, laminar cooling and other advanced technologies for hot rolled coils are integrated into one.
Cold Rolled Coil
1 set of 1100mm pickling-rolling mill combined unit, with an annual output of 850,000 tons of cold-rolled strip steel.
Galvalume
Production equipment : 3 sets of galvalume production lines, with an annual output of 300,000 tons of galvalume strip, the coating thickness can reach 30-180g/㎡.
Galvanized
Production equipment: 1 set of galvanizing production line of Beijing Xinghe Heavy Industry, with an annual output of 300,000 tons. The amount of zinc applied can be controlled between 30g/㎡-200g/㎡, and it can produce zinc-free products.
Black Annealed
Balack Annealed with 50.000 ton capacity per year, 0.6-1.5 mm thickness and 50-940 mm width produced with very modern and eco friendly technology.
Bright Annealed
Bright annealed produced with 50.000 ton capacity per year 0,6-1,5 mm thickness and 50-940 mm width produced with very modern and eco friendly technology.
